I get asked all the time..."What is the best diet for me?", or... should I eat this, or why shouldn't I eat this and these questions consume virtually every social outing that I attend, and well.. no one likes THAT guy at the party right? But I really do get asked a lot of questions about food and nutrition because most people, and maybe you too, are just super confused with diet and nutrition and have no idea how to find the perfect diet... for you! And so to stop ruining my social outings, I decided to voice drop it all right here so that I can refer people to this podcast every time they hit me with that question...
