EP 54 : Fat Is BAD, Don't Believe The Hype with Dr Evan Allen

What the hell is going on with this dietary Fat conversation? Today's guest certainly believes he has the right angle on it which is that all the nonsense that was called out as being wrong (all the botched fat research from back in the 50s and 60s) is actually NOT wrong and therefore concludes, as you'll hear that saturated fat is as bad as the low fat movement made it out to be - catastrophically bad! I didn't pipe up on this episode as much as I expected after hearing it back during editing, but I really don't agree with this point of view and plan to organise another episode to really talk science on this topic.. maybe even time to organise my first on air debate between 2 experts.. (Thanks JR for the inspo).
