Forty 2 Years of experience is a lot! Dr. Mimi Secor has been working in the medical field for more years than I have been alive which is why she has an absolute abundance of knowledge to share with us on the show. With a background in gynecology and women's health it wasn't until she was in her early 60s that she drastically changed her own story from being over weight and a slave to the grind, to putting her health first and doing a complete 180 - all the way to ending up on stage at a body building comp! The good thing is the Mimi now spends her energy helping others make the same transformational change, no matter how long you have been stuck in the hole you can't get out of/
