"I've had too many late nights! Right. I need to go to bed early tomorrow night".... sound familiar? I think most people say that probably once per week...which is, in a bigger way than you might expect, likely a major contributor to all types of disease and illness, both mental and physical. On today's show we welcome Kate Keeghan whom knows all too well about the impact sleep quality and quantity has on disease states, having lived with narcolepsy for many year's and weaning herself, as best as possible, from the use of pharmaceutical stimulants and essentially learning to biohack her sleep.
In Today's Show We Cover:
- Kate's journey living with Narcolepsy
- The biology of Narcolepsy
- How to biohack your sleep
