This week is a super serious week in the health and wellness space as it is International Eating Disorder Awareness week and I find these types of events really useful to have more open conversations about some otherwise difficult subjects which is why I invited Stephanie Georgiou onto the show whom you may already know from Instagram as @Melbrunchqueen but she is also a qualified psychologist with honours that specialises in the nutrition and eating disorder space and she brings a great deal of insight to the topic within today's episode as well as sharing some really personal challenges that eventually lead to her becoming the Instagram Food Blogger that we all know as @mindfoodsteph (formerly @Melbrunchqueen)
