Episode 11: Former Buchanan Bear and AAA manager Tony Mansolino joins the show. He played for Buchanan High School, Vanderbilt and was drafted by the Pirates. He has been coaching in the Indians organization for the last 9 years. Tony talks about his playing career and the process he went through to where he is now and also how complicated managing at the pro level can be.
