Yesterday was a 2019 musical romantic comedy film, directed by Danny Boyle (Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later) and written by Richard Curtis. Against a backdrop of covers of Beatles songs, Yesterday was a commercial hit, and a modest critical success.
