Heard on NBC Blue (later to become ABC) this horror anthology series only produced 23 episodes during a brief run of 6 months in 1944. The critics thought the program was expertly done with high technical standards and outstanding actors of what was known as "Radio's Row" in NYC. There was also a West Coast cast. The original host was Boris Karloff, but the was replaced by a host known as "Dr. X".... his identity was never revealed. This episode is "The Walking Dead" and as you probably guessed by looking at the photo, it is about Zombies in Haiti... and Zombification!
