Chenae Bullock, Little Beach Harvest Our final Native Heritage Month interview was with the managing director of Little Beach Harvest, a wholly Shinneock-owned company that has partnered with TILT Holdings to develop a multi-level facility on Shinnecock land that will process and produce cannabis products on a large scale. Chenae discussed the importance of the partnership’s ability to close institutional economic voids and wealth gaps as it will bring prosperity and jobs to a historically economically depressed -- And repressed -- nation of people, plus the importance of speaking up and serving as a good role model for future generations, particularly as it pertains to the use of social media as a platform for social change. Rebecca Edana, Two Jews Making Food Ahead of the third night of Chanukah, local television show chef and half of the TJMF team, joins us to talk about this year’s earlier celebration, as well as TJMF’s latest latke episode, recorded in the LTV kitchen. Rebecca shares tips for making a particularly crispy potato latke and we explore the story behind the Jewish counterpart to Elf on the Shelf known as the “Mensch on a Bench”
