Seung Lee, HOTstudio Underwritten by Peconic Landing
Acclaimed Korean-American artist Seung Lee is a professor and director of fine arts and graduate studies at Long Island University’s Post Campus. He joins Gianna on the third day of Asian Pacific Heritage Month. Seung makes connections between the flexible nature of bamboo with that of not only people pre- and post-pandemic, but the members of his own family following the death of Lee’s father, when his mother and her five sons moved to the United States. Lee is currently showing in four separate exhibitions with one opening locally this Saturday at Alex Ferrone Gallery in Cutchogue. To see Seung Lee’s works visit leeseung.com
