I had a lot of questions for Steve Shippy and Cindy Kaza after watching an advance screener of the Shock Docs special, Ed Gein: The Real Psycho, which begins streaming on discovery+ April 9.
\n
\nLuckily, I had the chance to ask them!
\n
\nHad they ever worked together before? Nope. (And what a first case to team up on!)
\n
\nDid they ever expect they'd investigate anything having to do with Ed Gein, and were they expecting his mom to be so intense, even from the other side?
\n
\nThese are just a few of the questions I asked them.\xa0
\n
\nListen to see what else we discussed, including why:
\n
\n\n\n
\n- Cindy keeps reiterating to anyone who asks why this was one of the craziest and most emotional cases she's ever worked on, and\xa0
\n- Steve has the utmost respect for Cindy and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
