Funny story: this morning some new tenants that moved in at a property wanted to not pay their rent for a week because they didn't know how to turn on the air conditioner. It is the regular thermostat with an "on" and "off" switch, and "heat" and "cool". They were so dumb they didn't know how to operate it so want to not pay their rent. AC works fine. Idiots!
