Recipe for A Better Life: A Conversation with Chef in Recovery, Colin Nelson.

Published: Dec. 27, 2022, 5 p.m.

"My mom called me, my dealer had reached out to her, at work. I owed him money."

Colin is a Chef, been at it over 10 years. 5 of those years he was lost in addiction.

"A couple of my friends overdosed and died, I didn't want to go out like that."

Today, he wants top carry his message of hope and healing on this cold Christmas night.

"I learned that it takes a village to heal, and my life got better the day I realized that there was resilience in my soul"

We thought about not having a show this Christmas, but we have also all seen that darkness a Christmas without hope can bring so we are lighting a candle, and blasting a hole in the darkness on Christmas night right here, on Hard Knox Talks.

Just hang on, we got this.
