My ADHD and Addiction Recovery Story w/guest, Todd Rennebohm

Published: Feb. 6, 2023, 4 p.m.

“I tried to stab my brother, then I went for the cop's gun. I was just done with it all.”

Todd is a podcaster, author, and person in recovery from Indian Head, SK.

He spent years lost in addiction, he had endless plans to end it all.

Down the path of suicidal ideation it got darker and darker, but it wasn't until it nearly went pitch black that Todd found what he needed,

"It was the thought of having to rely on my family that drove my decision to find a safer way."

Tune in this week as we

#takeofftheblinders around the realities of substance use and suicide.

We'll talk about how Todd was, and how he learned to think in a way that was safe for him, and the ones he loves.

”Learning to accept myself is what has allowed me find the beautiful life I have today.”

You won't want to miss this one friends as we walk into the darkness, to discover the light this week right here, on Hard Knox Talks.

Buckle up.
