Martin Lockett spent 17.5 years in prison for a DUI fatality that claimed two lives and severely injured another. 

With a vow to his victims' family and friends at his sentencing, Martin had devoted his life to helping other avoid the harms he inflicted on himself, and others due to his substance use.
