Ex-gang member Beverly Fullerton tells her story from Saskatoon, SK.

Published: Sept. 29, 2021, 1 p.m.

"I have a fracture in my skull where they beat me with a hammer. I had to be identified by my fingerprints."
Beverly was a shot caller in a notorious Saskatoon street gang. Lost in the abyss, she was fueled by power and drugs.

"I was in the room when they named the gang. I remember the song that was playing."
From a young age, Beverly was exposed to trauma that was a resulted of the residential school system.

"My childhood was fucked up."

Tune in this week and listen to Beverly #takeofftheblinder around generational trauma, addiction, and gang life. We'll talk about how she came to power, and what she met in a jail cell that changed her life forever.

We are honored to have Beverly take the stage and speak of unimaginable darkness, and overwhelming light this week, right here, on Hard Knox Talks.

Buckle up!
