Colleen is the Saskatoon Poverty Reduction Partnership Coordinator, growing up around narcotics enforcement, she thought people who use drugs were bad. But when she came into her own career, she realized very quickly that people weren’t bad, policy was bad.

Today, she is an award-winning community leader and has a lifetime of experience, building complicated community relationships.
