Set a reminder for next weeks (Sunday April 16th) live stream here https://fb.me/e/4gjpUTT9A

From Kindersley, Saskatchewan. D Jay moved away from home at 15 to chase his dreams as a hockey player.

"I did not know who to talk to. I was scared of being judged, scared of being a distraction to my teammates and coaches and scared of looking weak as hockey guys are 'tough'."

All that fear led to 10 years of drugs and alcohol dependancy.

"I also talk about life after hockey. Now what?"

Today, D Jay is back on his feet he uses his story to reach others who may be stuck like he was so tune in this week as we step out of the darkness, and into the light right here,

on Hard Knox Talks.
