If there's one thing we've learned since starting this it's "just say hi." And if we wouldn't have just said hi to someone sitting next to us in a coffee shop then we wouldn't have met this weeks guest, Esteban Castro! Esteban is the infamous Esto of Esto's Garage and we sat down with him and talked about growing up in Detroit, how he developed his passion for cooking for others and how he decided to make the leap and open a storefront. Per usual, we make a classic cocktail that pairs well with tacos, but of course put a Happy(ish) twist to it!
