\nSteve Hartley is an expert QRP homebrewer and kit builder. He has completed numerous projects since getting his start back in 1983, before he was licensed as a radio amateur. He is a well-known advocate of ham radio, serving in various leadership positions for amateur radio organizations. Further, he volunteers much of his time providing teaching opportunities to adults and youth.
