Podcast #137: Lena on small boat adventures in Norway
Jon Amtrup interviews Lena Scott who stepped off her 21 feet liveaboard, hopped on a plane from the east coast of the USA, and flew to Norway to her new 24 feet sailboat, a Danish classic Spekkhugger, to spend the summer cruising the Oslofjord- It was a dream come true and maybe a recipe more people should follow. The beautiful small boat is a great conversation starter on the dock, and she got welcomed into summer cabins, homes, and boats along the coast. She named the boat Pytheas, after a Greek explorer, and her journey is definitely one of exploration. Not only along the Norwegian coast, but also into culture, people, and herself.
