Identity Theft: I Am Alive

Published: April 20, 2014, 4 a.m.

This Easter Celebration we looked at who we are in Christ. Looking at the first ten verses in the second chapter of the Book of Ephesians we see that our identity before Christ was: Dead. Enslaved. Condemned. Jesus came to rescue us from our old identity and gave us a new one. As a result we are alive and we are alive without having to contribute to our new condition in ANY way. We owe our new identity to Jesus Christ!
