Alex Gonzales is the owner and award winning mead maker of Honey Pot
Meadery in Anaheim, California. Honey Pot started by doing custom crushes
with Golden Coast Mead in Oceanside in 2016 and has since moved operations
to their own facility that will be opening a tasting room in the summer of
2018. One of the founding members of the Southern California Mead Alliance
(\u201cSCMA\u201d) and it\u2019s current Director, helping to grow the mead community is
both a personal and professional goal of his. While working within the
California mead making community, Alex also started the Southern California
Mead Club (\u201cSCMC\u201d). The SCMC is the nations for regional mead club, sending
variety packs of the best mead our locale has to offer every quarter.
