What a beautiful week it is. I am grateful that I can share the process of death and grief with others and that I have God to guide me through this.

Today has been a change in my emotions. I no longer feel down and depressed…I feel hopeful and joyful for the week to come.

In Chapter 24 Abraham sends his servant to the land where he grew up to seek out a wife for his son Isaac.

Challenge of the Day: How do you process death and grief?

-Do you talk about it?

-Do you write about it or journal?

-Do you surround yourself with loved ones?

-Do you isolate and internalize it?

*When we internalize any emotions, it will fester under the surface and one day it will come out. Internalizing and isolation are very unhealthy emotionally, physically and mentally.

God’s Promise of the Day: Proverbs 24:3-4 “Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.

God Bless
