EP 19: "Black and Emotional"

Published: June 4, 2020, 9:58 a.m.

This episode includes me, myself and I. As a black woman, I feel crazy right now! I’m tired.. I’m frustrated with our shitty Judicial system.. my heart is heavy for black lives lost to police brutality.. I’m hopeful that change is on the way.. I’m proud of the protesters putting themselves on the line for equality! I'm anxious because the change we need isn't happening soon enough.. I want off this emotional rollercoaster! At the time of this episode, the Police Officers of George Floyd's murder have all been charged and I'm praying we get the justice we need. Rest in Peace to all the victims of police brutality. There’s many ways to help support the movement and black lives in general: do your research/educate yourself (everything is online), donate to orgs against racial injustice, donate to bail out protesters, donate to the victims' families on gofundme, sign petitions, vote, and support black businesses of all kinds.
