Helen Labun Jordan, Project Director for the e-Vermont Community Broadband Project (www.e4vt.org), gives Gigabit Nation listeners insights on overcoming this challenge.\n \xa0\n e-Vermont is a stimulus-funded project uniting seven partner organizations to implement a host of local activities that convince and motivates constituents to use the Internet.
