There\u2019s always a \u201cbehind the scenes\u201d or \u201cunsung\u201d character in every story or narrative. Joseph certainly isn\u2019t an absentee daddy but we really don\u2019t know very much about him. What we do know is this however...he was a man of God, worthy of our respect, a quiet giant to be sure. Not only did he intend to honor Mary by keeping the whole \u201cpregnancy thing\u201d quiet, but he also showed Himself to be a man of God as He simply obeyed the direction of God and did as he was told. Best of all? He followed God\u2019s direction in naming Him Jesus...as it is written...\u201cbecause He will save His people from their sins.\u201d Joseph\u2019s Son, would save His people from their sins...would save us from our sins and give us access to heaven itself!
