Today we will remember, consider and celebrate the amazing event in Christ\u2019s earthly life known as \u201cThe Transfiguration.\u201d Amazingly Jesus was completely transformed in the presence of the disciples and in the presence of two Old Testament figures, Moses and Elijah. Notice that while Peter, James and John were fearful and amazed, Moses and Elijah seems to have taken Christ\u2019s changed appearance in stride. So, as you consider that truth, what does this event tell us about Jesus? What does it furthermore tell us about our faith in Jesus?
