When we come to faith in Jesus we are given so many wonderful gifts. We\u2019re given God\u2019s eternal love in a world filled with hate. We\u2019re given peace that passes understanding in the midst of a frightening landscape. We\u2019re given hope in the midst of the hopelessness that surrounds us. Today we\u2019ll remember that we\u2019re also given joy. Note that we\u2019re not necessarily given happiness...but we are given joy and a joy that is different from any other joy we know...joy \u201cin the Lord.\u201d That\u2019s where we\u2019re headed this weekend!
