Hope for Joy (Meyer)
This week we are brought into a moment of incredible joy for Mary and Elizabeth. On the outside you might think it is because they are both pregnant at the same time, or maybe because they haven\u2019t seen each other in a long time but when we read the Magnificat, we realize the source of their joy is much deeper than that. Mary & Elizabeth realize they are part of God\u2019s plan to bring renewal to their people. They realize God is up to something and they have been graced to be a part of it. This same joy is available to all of us as we see that through Jesus, we have been brought into the greatest story ever told and that is God\u2019s love story for His people.
