Encountering Jesus in Our Family
Our first story in John is not only \u201cthe first sign\u201d or \u201cmiracle\u201d of Jesus, but it reminds us of yet another miracle He brings to our lives all the time. Jesus is interested in our family life! Yes, making water turn into the best wine available is amazing and wonderful and proves that Jesus is not just some \u201cmagician\u201d but is in fact, God Almighty in the flesh. But notice that God Almighty in the flesh\u2026attended a wedding! Jesus is interested in our families and in fact, in our families we can together, encounter Christ\u2019s love and guidance and protection and peace. He is a good and gracious God and He comes to us always, but today we remember, He comes to us in our families!
