Psalm 34:1-8
1 Thessalonians 5:12-18

When we think of worshiping our Lord and Savior, we think of coming to Gloria Dei to sing His praise, hear His Word and receive His Sacraments...and all of that is \u201cworship\u201d or \u201cpraise\u201d to be sure. But today, we remember through the words of Psalm 34, that \u201cpraise\u201d isn\u2019t an event in our week...\u201cpraise\u201d is our week...\u201cpraise\u201d is in fact, our life! Paul reminds the Thessalonians to: \u201cRejoice always, pray without ceasing, (and) give thanks in all circumstances.\u201d Praise isn\u2019t just an event for us... but because of our faith in Jesus, praise is our lifestyle. So, today we remember we live in \u201cContinual Praise.\u201d
