\nWhat is YOUR high-performing organization doing to address workforce skills when they start to become obsolete or just average? I am not trying to be \U0001d45a\U0001d452\U0001d44e\U0001d45b, leveraging pun skills aside, but the industry is experiencing a state of disequilibrium in the marketplace with the absence of platforms that effectively build skills that MATTER for the #futureofwork.

\nAs  we\u2019ve previously discussed on this show, many jobs are projected to disappear in a short period of time. Fortunately, they will be replaced with NEW jobs. Yay! However, this will require a tremendous overhaul in organizations to upskill and bridge their current skills gap to continue a sustainable competitive advantage.
