Kathy\u2019s best friend Heather wrote her introduction:

On the show, I literally say \u201cwild peace, full, fierce.\u201d ha\u2026 I still don\u2019t got it right. She is wild, peaceful, and fierce. Exactly. I get it now ;)

Anyway. On today\u2019s show Kathy shares her personal beautiful story and how she is proud of it. And she should be. It is a beautiful story. Kathy authentically opens up a bit more when I ask her too and I am so thankful. I am honestly more grateful that I have had the privilege to get to know her more.

Kathy describes what spirituality means to her and her perspective on religion and I super respect her space and take on spirituality is really about \u201cconnecting to your self, your highest self\u2026 connection\u201d

The conversation comes full circle at the end to believing in your self worth. And as Heather stated, Kathy really empowers us to feel whole and worth.
