Ten years ago, Jude Kelly founded WOW \u2013 the Women of the World foundation \u2013 aimed at celebrating women and girls and the challenges they face in society. The former artistic director of London\u2019s Southbank Centre discusses this weekend\u2019s WOW Festival in collaboration with the BBC, the first to take place online because of the pandemic.
