From the Middle - News and Journalism, Our Time with Anchor Kent Justice

Published: July 1, 2020, 5 a.m.

b'#056. We were honored to have Kent Justice, a professional news anchor, on our little podcast to answer our questions. He was willing to give thoughtful answers about his career, his life, mashed potatoes, and pants (yes, they wear pants.) \\xa0From silly questions about an unnamed feature film starring Will Ferrell, to more serious questions about the importance of journalism despite the presence of corporate media with the words "fake news" being thrown around, Kent gives us his seasoned point of view from a place of real experience. This is quite an interesting chat with a man who truly wants to be an asset to his community, and he is pulling that off both in the studio and in his own neighborhood. \\xa0Thanks to Kent and to his family for letting us borrow him for a while! It was time well spent.
