Over the past few days there has been a developing\xa0story\xa0involving\xa0a young photographer and the Color Run. \xa0The photographer Max claims that the color run used one of his images in an advertisement without\xa0compensating\xa0him. \xa0He asked for $100,000 and the color run decided to sue him. \xa0Stephen and I don't jump to conclusions and try to look at all the facts that we have. \xa0At the time of this recording the outcome was still up in the air. \xa0By the time this goes live word has come down that the Color Run and Max have come to an agreement. \xa0To read the full story please go to FroKnowsPhoto.com/rawtalk-73.

\nBefore we went off on a long discussion about the Color Run we had a\xa0tremendous\xa0amount of Photo News from Stephen that really was interesting. \xa0We also discussed the first three days of the filming of the new FroKnowsPhoto Guide to DSLR Video. \xa0

\nI decided it would be a good idea to have 30 flying solo questions this week that ended up taking us close to the two hour mark once again, sorry Stephen.\xa0
