\nFor years research has been waving red flags about the growing level of loneliness in our culture. Did you know that the number of people who have no one to talk to about difficult things has tripled in the last decade? That the average social circle has shrunk by 1/3rd in the same time? That more people don\u2019t have a confidante than those who do? In fact, before the pandemic, we were lonelier and more disconnected than we\u2019ve ever been. Can you imagine what the stats would say now?

\nChances are very good that if you\u2019re not struggling with loneliness, you know someone who is. But the solution, we\u2019re learning, isn\u2019t intuitive. Sometimes we can find ourselves doing things that make matters worse without even realizing it. This Sunday we\u2019re going to explain how/why that happens and talk about what can be done to chip away at the loneliness we\u2019re experiencing.
