Resilience

Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant source of stress. We must learn healthy ways to move through adversity, instead of pretending it did not happen. Resilience is a skill we all must add to our repertoire. The resilience you'll need to acquire through the panic and disarray, is different than the resilience you'll need to get through what comes afterwards.
