Meg Bradbury (she/her) is certified as a holistic anti-diet nutritionist, Body Trust\xae Provider, Accessible Yoga\u2122 Teacher, and registered Yoga Alliance\u2122 yoga and meditation teacher. Meg is in private practice working with individuals, groups, and families, advocating for body acceptance, eating disorder/disordered eating/body shame recovery, freedom with food, joyful movement, and stillness/breathwork. Meg\u2019s work is guided by the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size\xae, and the Ellyn Satter Institute through a social justice and intersectional feminist lens. Meg\u2019s practice is fat positive, weight neutral, and Q/T/GNC affirming. As an eating disorder and exercise bulimia survivor, Meg\u2019s work is centered in the tenants of Relational Cultural Therapy; she holds space for clients of all ages with compassion, empathy, and humor. Meg is a member of the Association of Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance (NAAFA). Meg lives and works in the Los Angeles area.
