29. Why Generosity Might Be Good for the Mind and Soul

Published: Dec. 22, 2020, 4:28 p.m.

Adam Tilley is a financial advisor, which means he operates in the business of money and how it can be saved, invested, or squandered. And, given that money is one of the most important resources in all of our lives, we thought it made sense to pick Adam’s brain about what it might mean to live out the FinalVibe lifestyle with your pocketbook. A few interesting topics we touch on include:

- Is there a right way to “do money?”
- To what extent should we spend our money on ourselves over others and those in need?
- Can money buy happiness?

And, of course, much much more.

Adam is also a husband and a father of a beautiful daughter, which adds a nice legacy-centered twist to his newly developed perspective on life since taking on the responsibility of parenthood.

For a bit of fun banter at the end, we also discuss Missouri Tiger football, how Mr. Goodcents ranks in terms of bread quality against its major competitors, and how much protein Adam eats on a daily basis. You knew it was coming.
