This week on the pod we are focusing our attention to a Shakespeare adaptation from Joel Coen, The Tragedy of Macbeth which will hit cinemas this week. So we will be picking our favourite Joel Coen film where he works with his brother Ethan.

Martins pick for this week is quite frankly a modern classic, No Country for Old Men. On this one we talk about how the film is like a anti Hollywood film in the decisions the Coen make to tell the story and of course how they end it. Boaz's pick is the gangster pick Millers Crossing. On this one we talk about how the script is so complex and how the script keeps guessing at every turn. Also how the language is so brilliantly realised of the era. We talk about the brilliant performance from Jon Polito. IMDB page
