Pastor Tony Liuzzo (Lead Pastor) - 1 Thessalonians 5:1-19 (Acts 1:8; 2:2-4; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-9 & 19; Genesis 1:2; Romans 8:11; Hebrews 12:29; Galatians 5:17; Ephesians 4:30; 1 Peter 1:16; James 4:8)

Can you feel it? Can you feel the spiritual condition of the world around us? To be honest, it is not just the condition of the world around us, but the condition of our own hearts. Is it possible that we could be so used to going through the motions of the Christian life that we have slowly adapted to a powerless and passionless life? Are we missing something? Could God be shaking us right now to awaken His people to the life, passion, and power that we were created to live out? What if we stopped, listened, and responded? This world might be in a mess right now, but God is not finished! We might be broken, but our God is still faithful! God greatly desires to REVIVE His people to the power and purpose that we were created to accomplish. Together, let’s take a journey to seek God and ask Him to Revive our hearts! The Spirit of God is God’s presence with us in our daily lives. It guides us, empowers us, leads us, and enables us to live our lives and accomplish the mission of God. We are lost and in trouble without the Spirit of God working in our daily lives! The Spirit of God is described as a fire. A fire holds power! A fire changes the atmosphere, affects it’s surroundings, and makes an impact. The Bible warns us not to “quench” the Spirit of God, or to “quench” the power of God. Without the power of the Spirit of God, we are broken. Have we done this? Have we “quenched” the power and leading of God? Could our spiritual condition that we all feel be self-inflicted?It’s time to ask some hard questions: Have we quenched the Spirit of God, and how do we revive what has been lost?

REVIVE: Broken people seeking a faithful GodQUENCHED!
I.
