There\u2019s yet another lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the military\u2019s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The latest class action targets the Air Force\u2019s religious accommodation process, arguing that process is set up in such a way that getting a religious exemption to the vaccine is essentially impossible. The plaintiffs argue that violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and the First Amendment.
