Ageism affects everyone at different times of their lives. When you're young, no one takes you seriously or they tell you to wait your turn and when you\u2019re old, you are sometimes dismissed as useless or you simply become invisible to others.

A few months ago, comedian Sam Pancake appeared on a talk show where he talked about how some young people have such a fear of getting older that they\u2019d rather be dead than get old. His conversation went viral and it really struck a chord with they way gay men view aging.
