She is an experienced family law litigator and Guardian Ad Litem representing the best interests of children in court, and has been an advocate for student privacy, parental rights, and Title IX protections in public schools. She brings to this role her knowledge and experience in the legislative process and background in science and research. But the proposed changes to Title IX will have sex include sexual orientation and gender identity.\n\nThese changes WILL:\n\n- Allow biological males to participate in girls-only sports and school activities.\n\n- Make bathrooms, locker rooms, and overnight field trip housing available based solely on \u201cgender identity,\u201d not on someone\u2019s biological sex.\n\n- Apply sexual harassment rules to students and teachers who \u201cmisgender\u201d another student or teacher. This means that if someone refers to someone by their biological sex (not the gender they identity as) or doesn\u2019t use the person\u2019s \u201cpreferred pronouns,\u201d they will be punished for sexual harassment.\n\n- Encourage schools to hide a student's gender transition from their parents.\n\nLeave your comment:\nwww.regulations.gov/commenton/ED-20\u20261-OCR-0166-0001
