Helen was born in the UK and took her first solo trip at the age of 18 to New York where she

\n

worked as an Au Pair.

\n

After a 9 month trip to Australia in 2001, she fell in love, and emigrated to Sydney in 2004.

\n

Like many people, she got stuck in the day to day grind of work, relationships, and bad

\n

finances.

\n

She spent 17 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group exercise & aqua

\n

instructor and group fitness manager.

\n

She went on to study coaching and NLP and recently trained as a Health Coach.

\n

In 2018 she decided it was time to follow her true passion for travel and adventure.

\n

She packed up and left Australia in October 2019, at the age of 42.

\n

She has been in South America for 15 months and is working as an English teacher in Peru.

\n

She has no idea what or where is next, and that\u2019s fine by her. The freedom in life is exactly

\n

what she has wanted for so long.

\n

She is in the process of setting up her coaching business and is passionate about helping

\n

women in their 40\u2019s break out of the mold and head on the adventures that they dream of.
