For over 20 years Kathy bred top-winning, top-ranked French Bulldogs and they had to look dog show ready. But some of her Frenchies had gnarly, crusty noses. Kathy assumed it was a French Bulldog \u201cthing\u201d and nothing could be done\u2026little did she know! So she used Vaseline or Vitamin E oil on their noses, which they hated and the idea of them licking and swallowing petrochemical by-products horrified her.\n One day way back in 2003, as Kathy slathered shea butter on her \u201cMinnesota winter\u201d legs her Frenchies rushed over to lick the shea butter. She dabbed some of the shea butter onto their noses and within two days they all had soft noses with no ugly crusts!\n Kathy can usually be found attached to her iMac, laptop or iPhone (possibly all at the same time), with Gio the English Toy Spaniel sitting behind her in her leopard office chair and Dude the Frenchie at her feet.\nhttp://theblissfuldog.com/
