She\u2019s the author of several motivational and inspirational reads. Her last two publications discuss the importance of eating a healthy and balanced diet, why working out is essential, and how stress manifests into disease. Ms. Jackson also shares her battle with multiple sclerosis and how she overcame it. She also discusses the importance of rewiring the mind by changing our thought process for a happier and healthier mind, body, and soul connection and it is Vanessa's aim to assist people in living their best life possible with little to no RX medications.
