Jonah Hill's directorial debut is a small, charming hangout movie about LA skater culture in, as the title suggests, the mid-90s. For Mike - who sees comparisons with This is England and\xa0Skate Kitchen\xa0- it's somewhat unoriginal, if entertaining and engrossing, but Jos\xe9 completely falls in love with it.
